Butterfly beginners workshop. This two hour workshop introduced participants to working with willow and experimenting with weaves and tying techniques to create a beautiful willow butterfly sculpture for their home or garden.

Butterflies at Bickleigh. In this two hour workshop Victoria taught the keen team at Wilkinson Grant how to make their own willow butterfly. Victoria was asked to create a fun two hour workshop for the creative team building day at Bickleigh Castle in Devon. The team of complete beginners worked very well and produced some wonderful works of art to grace their gardens.

Lantern School workshop, Victoria was commissioned to teach the children in 3 local schools how to make festive lanterns for the Community Christmas Festival. The workshops included design, frame creation,covering with tissue paper and final design details. The workshops were fantastic and the lanterns had a great impact in the local lantern parade. St Sidwella Community Sculpture. During the winter months Victoria creates live willow sculptures in workshops across the country so it was great to work closer to home in the wonderful South West City of Exeter. This 2 day Community workshop included preparing the ground and planting all the willows for the St Sidwella Sculpture, a group of 8 participants helped to plant, weave and sculpt the body of Sidwella who grows in the grounds of the fantastic St Sidwells Community Centre in the heart of Exeter.

Willow Goose Sculpture Workshop in Mid Devon. Victoria worked with a fantastic group of ladies to make group of geese. This one day workshop teaches complete beginners how to make a willow Goose for display for gardens and outdoor spaces. The workshop includes all materials including a steel armature which spikes into a lawn or flower boarder.
Willow sculpture workshop creating the Yarty Party Community Festival sculpture. Victoria created the ‘Yarty Party River Goddess’ with the help of music festival revellers at this year’s Yarty Party in Axminster, Devon. These celebratory willow workshops are a fabulous way to create a festival showpiece, get families working together and release a bit of Wicker man nostalgia.
